Manufactured Homes
Manufactured homes in the Lazyland community are privately owned. If you are interested in buying a home in our community, let our friendly staff assist you. Our office can help connect prospective buyers and sellers. Contact us for more information.
Manufactured home lots require an annual lease and residents are required to pay their own utilities. Additionally, all new community members must complete the application process. This process includes a credit and background check and involves a nominal fee. Detailed information about the services included and the applicable fees can be found in the Community Rules and Regulations.
RV Space
RV space is also available for short-term stays. RV spaces include:
- Easy access to major highways and local attractions
- 50-amp electrical service (included)
- Municipal water and sewer service (included)
- Access to all amenities including laundry facilities, restrooms, showers, and shuffleboard courts
- 1-week minimum stay requirement (may be longer at peak times)
- Pet friendly (breed restrictions and pet fees may apply)

Mobile Home Lots: $800.00 per month- Residents are responsible for all utilities
