Manufactured home lots require an annual lease and residents are required to pay their own utilities. Additionally, all new community members must complete the application process. This process includes a credit and background check and involves a nominal fee. RV Space

RV space is also available for short-term stays. RV spaces include:

• Easy access to major highways and local attractions
• 50-amp electrical service (included)
• Municipal water and sewer service (included)
• Access to all amenities including laundry facilities, restrooms, showers, and shuffleboard courts
• 1-week minimum stay requirement (may be longer at peak times)
• Pet friendly (breed restrictions and pet fees may apply)
